This notification announces the confirmation of Shri T.K. Bagul of the 1998 batch, Maharashtra cadre, to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) with effect from March 30, 2006. The decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, by the President of India. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
