This notification announces the permanent absorption of Vikas Singh, a member of the 2010 batch of the Manipur-Tripura cadre of the Indian Administrative Service, into the Indian Administrative Service with effect from August 30, 2012. The decision was made by the President of India, exercising powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954.
