This notification announces the permanent absorption of Mr. Rajesh Singh, a member of the 2007 batch of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre of the Indian Administrative Service, into the Indian Administrative Service with effect from August 29, 2013. The decision was made by the President of India, exercising powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (परिवीक्षा) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 3-क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के असम-मेघालय राज्य संवर्ग के 2007 बैच के सदस्य श्री राजेश सिंह को दिनांक 29.08.2013 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में स्थायी करते हैं।
