This notification announces the permanent absorption of Jitendra Gupta, a member of the 2013 Bihar cadre of the Indian Administrative Service, into the service with effect from September 2nd, 2015. The decision was made by the President of India, exercising powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. जीतेन्द्र गुप्ता को दिनांक 02.09.2015 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में स्थायी करते हैं।
