This notification announces the permanent absorption of three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers – A. Muthukumar, Mukesh Kumar, and Uma Shankar Singh – belonging to the Jharkhand cadre. The officers, all from the 2009 batch, were confirmed in their positions effective August 31, 2011, based on the powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. The order is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
