This notification announces the permanent absorption of three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the 2014 batch, namely Dodhade Sagar Dattatray, Owais Ahmed, and Rahul Yadav, into the Indian Administrative Service with effect from September 1st, 2016. All three officers are from the Jammu and Kashmir cadre. The order is issued under the powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, by the President of India.
