This notification announces the permanent absorption of Dr. Satyaveer Singh Phulia, a member of the 2005 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the Haryana state cadre, into the IAS. The order is effective from May 4th, 2011, and is issued under the powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. This signifies the completion of Dr. Phulia’s probationary period and his confirmation in service.

राष्ट्रपति, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (परिवीक्षा) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 3-के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के 2005 बैच के हरियाणा राज्य संवर्ग के सदस्य डॉ. सत्यवीर सिंह फूलिया को दिनांक 04.05.2011 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में स्थायी करते हैं।
