This notification announces the permanent absorption of Mr. Dinesh Kumar A S, a member of the 2013 Andhra Pradesh cadre of the Indian Administrative Service, into the service with effect from September 2nd, 2015. The decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. This is a formal order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
