This notification announces the permanent absorption of Abu Imran, a member of the 2010 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the Jharkhand state cadre, into the IAS with effect from February 21, 2013. The decision was made by the President of India, exercising powers conferred by Rule 3-k of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (परिवीक्षा) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 3-कं द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के झारखंड राज्य संवर्ग के 2010 बैच के सदस्य श्री अबू इमरान को दिनांक 21.02 .2013 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में स्थायी करते हैं।
