OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Pending cases of Select List of Section Officers’ Grade of CSS for the year 2012 to 2022 against Seniority Quota – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the Supplementary Zone issued for inclusion in the SO SL 2012 as well as other zones issued for SQ of SOSL 2013 to 2022 through various OMs of this Department with a request to forward the recommendations of DPC, minutes of DPC and Vigilance Clearance of the officers concerned by the given timelines. Some ministries have furnished the pending information to DoPT.
2. However, the information/updated information about DPC recommendations in respect of a few of officers included in the aforementioned zones is still awaited from the concerned cadre units as listed in the Annexure.
3. The Cadre Units concerned are, therefore, requested to furnish the DPC recommendations in respect of these pending cases on priority.
