OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Panel of Principal Private Secretary (PPS) of Central Secretariat Stenographer Service (CSSS) for the Select List Year 2015 (Part).
The undersigned is directed to forward herewith a panel of PPS for the Select List Year 2015 (Part) (as Annexure to this O.M.) prepared in accordance with Rule 9 of Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service Rules, 2010 and Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service Senior Principal Private Secretary Grade Regulations, 2010. The approval of competent authority is conveyed herewith for appointment of the following PSs to the grade of PPS of CSSS for the Select List Year 2015 (part) w.e.f. 01.01.2016:

- The concerned cadre units of CSSS where the officers have been nominated to, are requested to notify the appointment of the officers on regular basis to the PPS Grade provided they are clear from vigilance angle and no disciplinary proceedings are either pending or contemplated against them. The officers nominated to other cadre units may be relieved w.e.f. 01.01.2016(F/N) to enable them to avail of the regular promotion as PPS. The regular promotion of these officers will take effect from the date of their joining in the cadre unit where they have been nominated to. In accordance with DoP&T’s OM No. 11013/3/2011-Estt.(A) dt. 04.04.2011, prior to grant of vigilance clearance to these officers, the cadre units are requested to ensure submission of Annual Property Return by these officers.
- No request for retention will be entertained as allocation has been made in accordance with the Rotational Transfer Policy applicable for CSSS personnel.
- A copy of the notification issued in this regard be endorsed to this Department as well as Union Public Service Commission.
