The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB) is organizing its third Half Marathon, ‘Run for Azadi’, on September 25th, 2022, at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi, to commemorate the 75th year of India’s independence and the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’. The marathon will have three categories – 5KM, 10KM, and 21KM – and is open to employees of the Government of India, State Governments, UT Administrations, PSUs, and members of the Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI). Registration is open until September 10th, 2022, with a maximum limit of 3000 participants. Registration fees vary based on participant category. Participants can collect their kits from the Youth Hostel Association of India between September 21st and 22nd, 2022. Results and digital certificates will be available on www.runizen.com. The minimum and maximum age for participation is 10 and 60 years respectively.

Sub: Organization of Third Half Marathon on 25^{th } September, 2022 from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi
Reference is invited to the Circular of even number dated 2^{nd } August, 2022 (copy enclosed) on the above mentioned subject. It has been decided to extend the last date of registration up to 15^{th } September, 2022 for the half marathon. Kit (TShirts/Bib) for the registrations made after 10.9.2022 may be collected on 21^{st } and 22^{nd } September, 2022 from Youth Hostel Association of India, 5 Nyaya Marg, Chankyapuri, New Delhi from 1 PM to 4 PM.
- Further, it is informed that results, and digital certificates of Third Half Marathon will be available on www.runizen.com after entering the participants details.
- The parking for participants will be available from Gate number 6 of Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium on 25.9.2022.

Sub: Organization of third Half Marathon (Run for Azadi) on 25 { }^{th } September 2022 on the occasion of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi
Central Civil Services Cultural& Sports Board (CCSCSB), is the Central Agency for promotion of Cultural & Sports Activities amongst Central Government employees in the country. It works under the aegis and control of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India.
- On the occasion of 75 years of independence of India, Government of India is celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The objective of the Mahotsav is to enhance interaction and promote mutual understanding between people of different States and Union Territories by conducting activities in the field of languages and culture.
- To commemorate the glorious history of Indian people and culture, Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB) in association with Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI), is organizing its third Half Marathon in three different categories i.e. 5KM, 10KM and 21KM on 25th September, 2022 from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The Marathon will start from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium and will finish at the same place.

The half Marathon will close at 8.30 AM.
- Entry to the venue will only be allowed with the event T Shirt and Serial Number of Bib on the front and back of the T Shirt.
- In the eventuality of cancellation of Half Marathon due to any unforeseen reasons, the registration amount will be refunded within a period of 8 weeks without any interest thereon.
- Separate registration for each participant is mandatory.
- Facilities to be provided :
a) T-Shirt
b) Bib
c) Medal on successful completion of Marathon categories enrolled for.
d) Breakfast.
e) Hydration points.
