The Department of Personnel and Training, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, is organizing a series of blood donation camps across various government buildings. These camps are scheduled to take place between February and June 2016, with specific dates and timings allocated for each location, including Sewa Bhawan, Sena Bhawan, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Krishi Bhawan, and North Block. Government ministries and departments located in these buildings are requested to facilitate the camps by providing suitable venues and encouraging their officials to participate. Family members and relatives of government employees are also welcome to contribute to the cause.

Department of Personnel and Training proposes to organize blood donation camps in association with Indian Red Cross Society as per schedule given below:-

- It is therefore, requested that suitable venue may be provided/arranged for the above mentioned blood donation camp.
- All Ministries/Department located in these buildings may also be intimated about the event and requested to encourage participation of their officials in the event.
- The family members and relatives of Government employees also participate in the event.
