Subject: Organisation of Summer Coaching Camp- 2025-26
The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board is organizing Summer Coaching Camp during summer vacation for children/dependents of Central Government Employees and others. The coaching camp will be organized in Basketball, Cricket, Football, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Self Defence & Yoga (Yoga for Kids & parents). The details of the Coaching Camps are as under:
- Age of Trainee: 8 to 18 years (as on 19.05.2025)
- Duration of the Camps: 20th May to 20th June, 2025
- Timings: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Monday to Friday except Gazetted Holidays)
- Venue: Vinay Marg Sports Complex, Chankyapuri.

- No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with fee. The entry fee should be deposited online as per details given below:-

Note: No other payment mode will be accepted except above.
- Application form is attached here at Annexure and the same may also be collected from Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM ( till 15.05.2025). Duly filled application form along with receipt of online fee payment must be submitted at the office of CCSCSB or via Email at ccsesbsportsboard@gmail.com or physically to Shri Sandeep Aswal, Jr. Games Supervisor at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The last date of submission of form is 15.05.2025.
- In case of any query, Shri Sandeep Aswal, Jr. Games Supervisor (Ph.:- 8368892518) may be contacted.
- The circular may be given wide publicity.
