ORDER
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. No.5/8/2022-CS.I(U) dated 24.06.2022 and O.M. No.5/11/2022-CS.I(U) dated 30.06.2022 and OM No.5/15/2022-CS-I(U) promoting officers on regular basis to Grade I (Under Secretary) of CSS and posting to Ministries/Depts on ‘as is where is’ basis, until further orders.
2. Pursuant to the above order, it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to transfer officers whose names appear in Annexure of this Order for posting as Under Secretaries in the Ministry / Department as indicated against their names.
3. Shri Sudip Dutta (CSL # 8512) (Sl.No.50) reported to Cadre on 24-08-2022 (AN) from the Ministry of RT\&H, and the period from 24-08-2022 till date is treated as ‘Compulsory wait’. His pay \& allowances for the period shall be paid by the M/o Rural Development, accordingly.
4. The officers posted / retained for G-20 Secretariat posts in the Ministries/Depts of Higher Education, (Sl.No.2) Commerce (Sl.No.12), Health \& FW (Sl.No.22) and DPIIT (Sl.No.49), shall be for the period up to 29-02-2024.
5. Ministries/Departments concerned shall ensure immediate compliance of this order so that number of officers does not exceed their respective sanctioned strength, and the vacancies in the respective place(s) of posting of the officer(s), are filled up without delay.
6. A compliance report regarding relieving and joining of the officer may kindly be furnished to this Department. Further, entries with regard to relieving and joining of the officers may be reflected in the Web Based Cadre Management System (CSCMS module) by the Ministries/Department concerned.
