Consequent upon appointment from State Civil Service to IAS of Mizoram Segment of AGMUT Cadre on the basis of inclusion of the name in the Select List of 2023 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/26/2024-AIS-I(S.II&III)-B dated 25.10.2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the M/o Home Affairs vide their OM No.14016/03/2024.UTS-I dated 14.11.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I(A) dated 18.04.2012 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

Contd. 2/2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned above in the Select List of 2023 (SCS) shall be placed below Shri H. Lianzela (SL 2022, YoA 2015), promotee IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Ms. Nazuk Kumar (RR:2016), senior most RR IAS of 2016 batch of AGMUT Cadre.
3. Inter-se-seniority of the above officer with respect to officers of other segments of joint AGMUT Cadre will be decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
