The Competent Authority has approved the lateral shifting of Shri Kuldeep Dwivedi, IPS (JH: 2005), from his deputation post of DIG, ITBP, New Delhi, to the post of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in CBI. This appointment is for a combined period of 5 years, effective up to January 17, 2026, from the date he assumes charge of the post, or until further orders are issued. The order has been issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India and has been copied to various departments.
