ORDER
In supersession of this Department’s order of even number dated 11th September, 2024 and consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Rajasthan Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2023 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/19/2024-AIS (I)(S.II&III)-B dated 03rd September, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No. F.6(1)Pers/A-I/2023, dated 04.09.2024, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:

- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2023 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Inderjeet Yadav, (RR:RJ:2015) the junior most IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Dr. Ghanshyam, the senior most promotee (Non-SCS) IAS officer of 2015 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
