Order on Allocation of State Cadre Employees Post AP Reorganisation

This order from the Ministry of Personnel, PG and Pensions, Departmental of Personnel of Training, Government of India, allocates State Cadre employees of the Commissioner/Director of Technical Education, Department of Higher Education, in the Head of Section [Chemical Engg. (Sugar Tech.)] to Andhra Pradesh. These individuals were working for the Government of Andhra Pradesh before June 2, 2014, and have been recommended for allocation by the Advisory Committee. The order specifies two individuals, Desu Rama Subba Reddy and K Venkatarami Reddy. It also states that this order will not be effective if any individual has obtained a stay order from a court against their allocation. Furthermore, any person not allocated under Section 77(2) of the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, will continue in their present state until a new allocation order is issued based on the Advisory Committee’s recommendations. The order is addressed to various Chief Secretaries and Secretaries of the Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Order No.11(3)(a)/2015

The Government of India, drawing powers conferred under Section 77 (2) of the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, hereby allocates all the State Cadre employees of the Commissioner / Director of Technical Education, Department of Higher Education, in the category of Head of Section [Chemical Engg. (Sugar Tech.)], as mentioned below, who, immediately before 02.06.2014, were working in connection with the affairs of Government of Andhra Pradesh and have been recommended for allocation to Andhra Pradesh by the Advisory Committee vide Lr. No.1740/SR1/A1/2015 dated 23.01.2016, to AP:

  1. Desu Rama Subba Reddy (01-07-1960)
  2. K Venkatarami Reddy (01-12-1958)
  3. Provided that this order will not come into effect in respect of any person who has obtained ‘stay order’ from a Court of Law against his allocation to any of the Successor State, till the time such stay order is vacated.
  4. Provided further that any person who has not been allocated under Section 77 (2) of the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, shall continue to work in his present State, till allocation order is passed by the Government of India as per the recommendations of the Advisory Committee in accordance with the extant rules.
