This document conveys the approval for the premature repatriation of Shri Anish Prasad, IPS (TR:2003), DIG, CBI, back to his parent cadre. This repatriation is effective immediately and is a result of the curtailment of his tenure in the CBI. The order is issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India. Copies of this order have been sent to the Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation, the Central Vigilance Commissioner, the Under Secretary in MHA, the Director (Technical) at NIC for website upload, and the Guard File.
