This office order announces the appointment of Shri M. Devaraj, IAS (UP:1996), as Director (SM) in the Department of Personnel & Training, effective from February 25, 2013. He will be succeeding Shri Ravi Kota. In addition to his directorial responsibilities, Shri M. Devaraj will also serve as the First Appellate Authority for matters related to his charge concerning RTI (Right to Information). The order also lists various departments and individuals to whom this order has been copied for necessary action, including updating the organogram, hosting the order on the department’s website, and updating the RTI portal.

OFFICE ORDER
Consequent upon his appointment as Director in Department of Personnel & Training w.e.f. the forenoon of 25th February, 2013 vide this Department’s Notification No.A.32013/2/2013-Ad.I dated 25th February, 2013, Shri M. Devaraj, IAS(UP:1996) is hereby posted as Director (SM) vice Shri Ravi Kota, with immediate effect and till further orders.
- Shri M. Devaraj will also function as First Appellate Authority with regard to RTI matters concerning his charge.
