This office order announces the appointment of Shri Ashok Kumar, Deputy Secretary at the Department of Personnel and Training (DoP&T), as Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Minister of State (Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions). This appointment is on a purely temporary basis and is in addition to his current role as Deputy Secretary (JCA), effective immediately and until further notice. This order supersedes a previous office order dated May 30, 2014. The order also lists various officials and departments to whom copies are being sent, including the Prime Minister’s Office, Cabinet Secretariat, and various sections within the DoP&T.

OFFICE ORDER
With the approval of Competent Authority, Shri Ashok Kumar, Deputy Secretary, DoP&T is hereby appointed as Private Secretary to Hon’ble MoS (PP) on purely temporary basis vice Shri Anil Kumar V. Patil – in addition to his current charge as Deputy Secretary (JCA) – with immediate effect and until further orders.
- This issues in supersession of this Department’s Office Order No. A-32013/2/2013-Admn.I dated 30.05.2014 on the above subject.
