Subject: Updating the database / records of Section Officers of CSS cadre – Furnishing of CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, etc. – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number, dated 18.05.2018 and subsequent reminder dated 05.06.2018 on the subject mentioned above and to say that all the Ministries / Departments concerned were requested to send the original ACRs / APARs of Section Officers up to 2016-2017 along with their vigilance status as well as statement of minor / major penalties, if any, as per the Annexure of the O.M. dated 18.05.2018. The vigilance status and penalty statement in respect of the following officers are still pending:
