In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby transfers Sh. Avinash Kumar, IAS (WB:2023) from West Bengal cadre to Odisha cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Pranita Dash, IAS (OR:2023) in compliance of the order dated 22.01.2025 of Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No. 3835 of 2024.
