This notification announces the transfer of Ms. Pooja Pandey, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the Nagaland cadre (08), to the Assam-Meghalaya cadre (Meghalaya segment) due to her marriage to Dr. Brahma Dev Ram Tiwari, an IAS officer from the Assam, Meghalaya cadre (06). This transfer is made by the Central Government in accordance with Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of Nagaland, Assam, and Meghalaya. The notification was issued on August 8, 2011, from New Delhi and is intended for publication in the Gazette of India, Part 1, Section 2.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा नागालैंड, असम और मेघालय सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, सुश्री पूजा पाण्डे, भा०प्र०से० (नागालैंड: 08) का डॉ. ब्रह्म देव राम तिवारी, भा०प्र०से० (असम, मेघालय: 06) के साथ विवाह होने के आधार पर, नागालैंड संवर्ग से असममेघालय संवर्ग (मेघालय खंड) में स्थानांतरण करती है।
