This notification announces the transfer of Ms. Alankrita Singh, an officer of the Indian Police Service from Uttar Pradesh cadre (2008 batch), to the Indian Administrative Service. The transfer is made under Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, following consultation with the governments of Manipur, Tripura, and Uttar Pradesh. The reason for the transfer is her marriage. Consequently, Mr. Vidya Bhushan, an IAS officer from the Manipur-Tripura cadre (2008 batch), is transferred from the Manipur-Tripura cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और मणिपुर, त्रिपुरा तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारों के परामर्श से केन्द्र सरकार सुश्री अलंकृता सिंह, भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (उत्तर प्रदेश : 08) से विवाह हो जाने के आधार पर श्री विद्या भूषण, अ.भा.से. (मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा:08) का मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानांतरण करती है ।
