This notification announces the establishment of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. This action is taken by the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, and upon a request received from the Himachal Pradesh Government. The date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India will be considered the “appointed day” for the purposes of clause (c) of section 3 of the said Act. The notification is dated December 29, 2014.

सा.का.नि. 926(अ),—कोन्डीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2)द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, इस संबंध में हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार से अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से एतद्वारा हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अधिकरण की स्थापना करती है जो कि इस अधिनियम के खंड 3 की धारा (ग) के प्रयोजन से “नियत दिन” होगा।
