NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955, the President is pleased to re-notify/notify the Select Lists of State Civil Service officers of Uttar Pradesh Cadre containing the following names prepared on $7^{\text {th }}, 8^{\text {th }} \& 22^{\text {nd }}$ November, 2012 under Regulation 5(5) and approved on 26.11.2012, under Regulation 7(2) towards filling up of promotion quota vacancies in Uttar Pradesh cadre of IAS under State Civil Service category determined by the Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said regulations in consultation with the State Government for the Review Select Lists of 2001(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2000 to 31.12 .2000 ), 2002(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2001 to 31.12 .2001 ), 2003(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2002 to 31.12 .2002 ), 2004 (vacancies arisen between 1.1.2003 to 31.12.2003) and Select List of 2004-A(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2004 to 31.12.2004) \& 2005 (vacancies arisen between 1.1.2005 to 31.12 .2005 ) and year-wise Select lists of 2006(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2006 to 31.12.2006), 2007(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2007 to 31.12 .2007 ), 2008(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2008 to 31.12 .2008 ), 2009(vacancies arisen between 1.1.2009 to 31.12 .2009 ), 2010 (vacancies arisen between 1.1.2010 to 31.12.2010) \& 2011 (vacancies arisen between 1.1.2011 to 31.12.2011):-

Names at S.No. 0A, 0D, 0I and 2B have been included in the list provisionally subject to clearance in the criminal proceedings pending against them.

This notification is issued in supersession to this Government of India’s earlier notifications No. No.14015/23/2002-AIS(I)-A dated 21-02-2005 No.14015/22/2008-AIS(I)-A dated 20-01-2010 and No.14015/22/200-AIS(I)-A, dated 09-12-2010 and any other relevant Select List Notification in this regard.
