का.आ. 3107(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिसूचना अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 14 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 17 नवम्बर, 2015 को उभे नारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस नारीख से खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, (केवीआईसी) भारत के राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर एक सांविधिक निकाय पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3) के प्रावधान लागू होंगे तथा दिनांक 2 मई, 1986 की सा.का. नि.सं. 730 (अ) के तहत प्रकाशित कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 207 के पश्चात तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां अंतर्वैशित की जाएंगी, नामतः:-

New Delhi, the 17th November, 2015 S.O. 3107(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the $17^{\text {th }}$ November, 2015 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), being a Statutory body within the territory of India and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) published vide number G.S.R.730(E), dated $2^{\text {nd }}$ May, 1986, namely:-
