This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Vishal Chauhan, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer (Sikkim:98). The deputation is from the Sikkim cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre and will be for a period of five years from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This decision has been made in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Sikkim and Uttar Pradesh. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं सिक्किम तथा उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, श्री विशाल चौहान, भा.प्र.से. (सिक्किम:98) की सिक्किम संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक जो भी पहले हो, एतद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है ।
