सा.का.नि. 432(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 08 जून, 2022 को उस तारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3) के प्रावधान, पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वशासी निकाय भारतीय समुद्री विश्वविद्यालय, पर लागू होंगे, और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए, भारत सरकार की कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 730(अ), तारीख 2 मई, 1986 के तहत प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 214 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पध्दात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि अन्तर्निविष्ट की जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th June, 2022
G.S.R. 432(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the $08^{\text {th }}$ June, 2022 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the Indian Maritime University, being an autonomous body under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and for the said purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) published vide number G.S.R.730(E), dated the $2^{\text {nd }}$ May, 1986, namely:-

In the Schedule to the said notification, after serial number 214 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“215. Indian Maritime University

Autonomous body under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways”.
