NOTIIICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Govt. hereby orders that extension of the inter cadre deputation of Shri. P.K. Mohanti, IAS (UP:85) from Uttar Pradesh to Uttarakhand shall be limited to a period of one year only i.e. upto 23.03 .2008 and the officer shall report back to his parent cadre immediately thereafter failing which he may be liable for disciplinary action.
This issues in supersession of this department’s notification No. 13017/65/01-AIS-I, dated 11.09.07.
