NOTIFICATION
Reference is invited to the Notification of even number dated 12^{th } September 2017 relating to intimation of schedule of process for elections to the Board of Directors of Kendriya Bhandar.
- The details of nomination papers filed by different candidates for the post of Board of Directors are at Annexure. There are 14 candidates who have filed nomination papers, for contesting the election to nine posts of Directors. These nomination papers have been scrutinized and nomination papers filed by all the 14 candidates have been found valid.
- Out of these 14 candidates, four are women contestants who will be contesting for two Reserved seats for Ladies and remaining 10 candidates will be contesting for seven Unreserved seats.
- The candidates whose nomination papers have been found valid are allowed liberty to withdraw their nominations, if any of them so desire, upto 5 p.m. on 22.09.2017. Subsequent to the completion of process of withdrawal of nominations, the final list of candidates found eligible for contesting the elections as Directors to the Board of the Kendriya Board, would be intimated to all concerned by 5 p.m. on 23.9.2017. Elections will be held on 15.10.2017 as per the schedule and details indicated in the notification of 12.9.2017.
