का. आ. 1968(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 14 की उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 22 जून, 2017 को उस तारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस तारीख से अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, भोपाल, भुवनेश्वर, जोधपुर, पटना, रायपुर और ऋषिकेश, जो स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय है, पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3) के प्रावधान लागू होंगे तथा दिनांक 2 मई, 1986 की सा.का.नि. सं. 730(अ) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामत:—

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 208 के पश्चात तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां अंतर्वेशित की जाएंगी, नामत :—

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2017
S.O. 1968(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the $22^{\text {nd }}$ June, 2017 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Chhattisgarh, being the autonomous bodies under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) published vide number G.S.R.730(E), dated the $2^{\text {nd }}$ May, 1986, namely:-

In the Schedule to the said notification, after serial number 208 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
