This notification announces the extension of certain provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, to two government-controlled organizations: Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in Puducherry and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO). का.आ. 2411(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) को धारा 14 को उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 18 अक्तूबर, 2010 को उस तारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिसको और जिससे ही उक्त अधिनियम को धारा 14 को उपधारा (3) के उपबंध नीचे उल्लिखित उन संगठनों को, जो सरकार के स्वामित्वाधीन या नियंत्रणाधीन सोसायटिक और कानूनी संगठन हैं, पर लागू होंगे और कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) भारत सरकार को अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 730(अ), दिनांक 2 मई, 1986 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्—
उक्त अधिनियम को अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 202 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ी जाएंगी, अर्थात्—

New Delhi, the 4th October, 2010 S.O. 2411 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the 18th day of October, 2010 as the date on and \&om which the provisions of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the organisations mentioned below, being the societies and statutory organisations owned or controlled by the Government and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) number G.S.R. 730 (E), datedthe 2nd May, 1986, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, after serial number 202 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
