अधिनियम को प्रारूप 14 की उपप्रारूप (3) के उपक्रम लागू होने के लिए यह यूनिक सरकार के स्वामित्वाधीन या सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित है तथा भारत सरकार स्वामित्व, लोक नित्यानव तथा पेंशन योजना (स्वामित्व और अधिकार निर्माण) को निर्धारित 3 वर्ष, 1986 को अधिसूचना प्रारूप प्रारूप प्रारूप, 230(6) में निम्नलिखित संबंधित करती है अर्थात्—उक्त अधिसूचना की समुहभाग में क्रम प्रारूप 7 तथा प्रभारी संबंधित अभिनेताओं के साथ निम्नलिखित प्रभाग स्वामित्व की समुहभागी अर्थात्—

सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित, एक यूनिक (प्र. 11913/13/बनन्ट, सं)

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 109(6) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1983 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the 15th day of May, 1987 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 14th of the said Act shall apply to the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, being a society owned or controlled by Government, and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department

of Personnel & Training) No. G. S. R. 739(F) dated the 2nd May, 1980, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Schedule, after serial number 7 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—

“8. Indian Council of Agricultural Research.—A Society controlled by the Government”.
