In a strategic move to optimize administrative deployment, the Central Government has greenlit the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Kaushal Raj Sharma, an esteemed Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the 2006 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Shri Sharma is now set to serve in the AGMUT cadre, specifically within the Delhi Segment, for a three-year term. This decision underscores a commitment to leveraging expertise across different regions, and notably, it involves a relaxation of existing policy to facilitate this significant transfer. It’s a clear directive for all officers undergoing such deputations to ensure a meticulous handover and timely return to their parent cadre upon the completion of their tenure. Non-compliance at the end of the approved period will be met with stringent disciplinary action, including a break in service, reinforcing accountability in public service.
