(Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th October, 2013 S.O. 2312.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 9, clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and sub-rule (1) of rule 24 of the Central Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby orders that the Appointing Authority and Disciplinary Authority competent to impose penalties in respect of Group ‘A’, Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in the Central Administrative Tribunal and the Appellate Authority shall be as specified in the Schedule annexed herewith.
