रूप में निर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम को धारा 14 की उपधारा (3) के उपबंध लागू होने के बाद समिति सरकार के स्वाभावाधीन या सरकार द्वारा नियंत्रित है तथा भारत सरकार कायिक, लोक सिकायत तथा पेंशन भंडारण (कायिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) को दिनांक 2 मई, 1986 को अधिसूचना करता है । का. नि. 730(घ) में निम्नलिखित संसाधन करती है अर्थात् — उक्त अधिसूचना को अनुसूची में, कम संख्या 6 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रतिबिंबों के बाद निम्नलिखित धन्यावधारित की जाएगी अर्थात् —

NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 84(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the 2nd day of March, 1987 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the Central Social Welfare Board, being an authority owned or controlled by Government, and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public
Grievances and Passions (Department of Personnel and Training)
No. G.S.R. 730(E) dated the 2nd May, 1986, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Schedule after serial number 6 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
“7. Central Social Welfare Board.
An authority controlled by Government.”
