A notice has been issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, regarding the project ‘RTI Call Centre and Portal’. Previously, the stabilization period was set at 3 months from the Go Live date, after which service levels would become operational. However, this clause in the RFP has been reconsidered, and the competent authority has decided to revise the stabilization period to 6 months. The service levels will now become operational after this extended 6-month stabilization period.

NOTICE
In para 2.2 of the RFP(Vol.III) of the project “RTI Call Centre and Portal” it has been mentioned that the Stabilization period shall be for the 3 months from the date of Go Live. Service Levels shall be operational post Stabilization period of the project. This clause of RFP has been reconsidered and it has been decided by the competent authority to revise the Stabilization period to 6 months instead of 3 months and the service levels shall be operational after the stabilization period of the project.
