Subject: OA No.3293/2013 (R.K. Mamgaain & Ors. Vs Union of India & Ors.) before CAT (PB)- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the OA No. 3293/2013 filed by Shri R.K. Mamgain & Ors. before CAT (PB) New Delhi and to invite reference to the Order dated 19.9.2017 of the Hon’ble Tribunal in MA No. 3218/2015 filed in the said OA. The Hon’ble Tribunal has directed that the persons sought to be impleaded as Respondents in the said OA be served notice through DOPT (Respondent No.1).
- Accordingly, a copy of the Hon’ble Tribunal’s order dated 19.9.2017 alongwith a copy of OA No. 3293/2013 is hereby enclosed to the impleaded persons for taking cognizance and necessary action in the matter well before the next date of hearing. The fourth officer, Shri S. P. Singh as mentioned in the said order is not a DR SO hence the matter is being placed before the Hon’ble Tribunal for such action/direction as the Hon’ble Tribunal may deem appropriate.
- The Persons other than those already impleaded; who wish to be impleaded in the case, may obtain a copy of the OA from the counsel of the applicant and file their response to the OA by the next date of hearing.
The matter is listed for 17.11.2017.
