Subject: – Notice for inviting quotation for providing services of Payment Gateway – regarding.

Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB) is a registered society and it functions under the administrative control of Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India. CCSCSB acts as a Nodal Agency for promotion and culture amongst Central Government employees. CCSCSB receives a grant of Rs. 2 to 2.5 crore per annum from Government of India. It also maintains five grounds at different locations and the same are given on rent to the parties.

2. Presently, CCSCSB receives all the payments in digital mode and it disburses the payment through Public Financial Management System (PFMS) mode. CCSCSB receives approx. 3000 digital payments annually, mostly of the small denominations, valuing about Rs. 55 lakhs.
3. With the objective of streamlining the accounting system, CCSCSB intends to obtain the services of payment gateway and invites quotation from Nationalized Banks for the same. The banks may also create a small webpage indicating the payment details and facilities of the CCSCSB. 4. The quotation shall reach to the above address within a period of 15 days from the issue of this notice. Selected/interested banks may be called for a presentation. In case of any query, interested parties may contact on Phone No. 24646961 or 24624204.
