This office memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training notifies the nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ with seven years of regular service for a Level-I training programme conducted by ISTM from April 8th to April 26th, 2019. It builds upon a previous order dated March 8th, 2019, and instructs nominated officers to complete an online nomination form available at http://www.istm.gov.in/home/online_nomination_form. The completed form should be printed, signed by the sponsoring authority, and brought to the training. All other terms and conditions remain as outlined in the previous OM No. 21/1/2019-CS-II(C) dated March 8th, 2019.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of CSSS with seven years of regular service for Level-I Training programme to be conducted by ISTM w.e.f. $08^{\text {th }}$ April, 2019 to $26^{\text {th }}$ April, 2019.
In continuation to this Department’s OM of even no. dated 08.03.2019, all officers nominated for the aforesaid Level-I training programme, are also directed to visit the ISTM website and fill the online form and submit the same online without fail immediately. The link is http://www.istm.gov.in/home/online_nomination_form. The officers may take a print out of the form once filled up and submitted online, and then get it signed by their sponsoring authority and carry it with them on joining day of the course, at ISTM. The other terms and conditions are the same as mentioned in the DoP\&T’s OM No. 21/1/2019-CS-II(C) dated 08.03.2019.
