OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ \& ‘D’ Examination, 2016 for Stenographers Grade ‘D’ Direct Recruits Foundation Training Programme at ISTM w.e.f. 23rd April, 2018 to 15 ^th June, 2018 -reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M No. 20/28/2010-CS-II(A) dated 20/10/2011 (available on the web-site of the DoP\&T) regarding Cadre Training Plan (CTP) for the officers/officials of Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) and to say that Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ \& ‘D’ Examination, 2016, whose names are given in the Annexure, are nominated to participate in the Stenographers Grade ‘D’ Direct Recruits Foundation Training Programme at ISTM w.e.f. 23rd April, 2018 to 15 ^th June, 2018.
2. All the candidates mentioned in the Annexure should report to Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), JNU (Old Campus), New Delhi at 9.00 AM on 23rd April, 2018 for mandatory Foundation Training. Candidates are also advised to keep visiting ISTM website (www.istm.gov.in) regularly for further updates with regard to date, time and venue of training. Failure to report for training may lead to cancellation of the candidature.
3. The candidates should take the following documents with them at the time of reporting for training:
I. Original Caste Certificate, PwD; in case of reserved category
II. Original educational certificates;
III. Certificate relating to the date of birth; age relaxation, if any.
4. The candidates who are already in Government service should take proper relieving orders from their present organizations/departments alongwith vigilance clearance.

1. The offer of provisional appointment letters are also being sent by Speed post to the present address of the candidates, as declared. However, a copy of the offer of provisional appointment may also be obtained by the candidates from the undersigned by hand.
