OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants (PA) of CSSS for the Select List Year (SLY)-2021 on regular basis under Seniority Quota (SQ).
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 30.06.2022 wherein the nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year-2022 on regular basis under Seniority Quota (SQ) was made.
- Now, the relaxation in the approved service in respect of all the Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of 2010 batch of CSSS cadre has been approved from 01.07.2011 in terms of Rule 23 of CSSS Rules 2010 for all purposes in consultation with UPSC. Accordingly an order dated 23rd June, 2022 has been issued in this regard by this Department.
- In this regard, the range of seniority for promotion from Stenographers Grade ‘D’ to PA Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2021 was laid down vide this Department’s OM of even number dated 24.06.2022 and the cadre units were requested to confirm the suitability of the Stenographer Grade ‘D’ of 2010 batch for the promotion to PA Grade of CSSS (Seniority Quota) for the SLY-2021.
- Based on the DPC recommendations received from the cadre units, with the approval of competent authority the officials, whose names appear in the Annexure-I to this OM are hereby nominated, for appointment/promotion to the PA Grade of CSSS on regular basis on their inclusion in the Select List Year 2021 (SQ). List of officials whose DPC recommendation have not been received in this Department are enlisted in Annexure-II. In case an officer refuses regular promotion, Cadre Unit concerned may initiate action in terms of this Department’s OM No. 5/1/2008-CS.I(S) dated 08.04.2011 under intimation to this Department.
- A copy of the promotion order should invariably be forwarded to this Department for record on the same day at navin.verma@gov.in. Any issues related to inclusion of nominated PAs, as mentioned in the Annexure-I, from SLY-2022 to SLY-2021 may also be brought to the notice of this Department immediately along with comments.
- All other details remain same as mentioned in this Department previous O.M. of even no. dated 30.06 .2022 .
