OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2015 on regular basis under Seniority Quota (SQ).

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 13.4.2015 wherein the range of seniority for promotion from Stenographers Grade ‘D’ to Personal Assistants Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2015 was laid down and to say that on the basis of information furnished by the Cadre Units, it has been decided to nominate the Steno Grade ‘D’, whose names appear in the Annexure to this O.M., for appointment/promotion to the PA Grade of CSSS on regular basis on their inclusion in the Select List Year 2015(SQ).
2. It is requested that urgent action be taken to appoint/promote these officials to PA Grade of CSSS w.e.f. $1^{\text {st }}$ July, 2015 against the Select List Year 2015(SQ) provided they are clear from vigilance angle. A copy of the appointment/ promotion order issued in this regard by the concerned Cadre Units, duly indicating the CSL number of the officials, be also forwarded to this Department immediately.
3. As per the Cadre Training Plan for the officers/officials of CSSS issued vide O.M. dated 20.10.2011, successful completion of Level-I training programme of 3 weeks’ at ISTM is mandatory for promotion to the PA grade. The officials mentioned at S.No. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 & 13 empanelled in the above Select List have already successfully completed the Level-I training. As such their promotion order may be issued w.e.f. $1^{\text {st }}$ July, 2015 subject to their vigilance clearance. However, in the case of officials mentioned at S. No. 2, 9 \& 12, who have been nominated for Level-I training programme scheduled to be held from 15.06 .2015 to 03.07 .2015 , may be considered for promotion after their successful completion of Level-I training. On successful completion of mandatory Level-I training, the effective date of their promotion would be $1^{\text {st }}$ July, 2015.
4. This O.M. is available on the website of this Department viz. www.persmin.nic.in $\rightarrow$ Central Services Wing $\rightarrow$ CS Division $\rightarrow$ CSSS Promotion (Regular) $\rightarrow$ Steno Grade .’D’ to ‘C’.
