Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(ad-hoc) for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2012 on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota (SQ).
In continuation of this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 12.5.2014 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to make nomination of the following Steno. Grade ‘D’ for appointment to PA Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2012 under the Zoning Scheme on his inclusion in the Select List Year 2012(SQ).

- He has been placed at Sl.No. 48A between Ms. Sonu Sikri(Sl.No. 48) and Shri Manoj Kumar (Sl.No. 49) in the panel for Select List Year 2012(SQ) issued vide Annexure to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 12.5.2014. The terms and conditions laid down in this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2014-CS-II(C) dated 12.5.2014 will also apply in this case.
- It is requested that urgent action be taken to appoint/promote Shri B. Haldar to PA Grade of CSSS against the Select List Year 2012(SQ) provided he is clear from vigilance angle. A copy of the appointment/promotion order issued in this regard by the concerned Cadre Unità duly indicating the CSL number of the official be also forwarded to this Department immediately.
