This office memorandum details the transfer of Shri V. Balaji, a Stenographer Grade ‘D’, from the Ministry of Home Affairs to the Ministry of AYUSH. Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year-2016 on regular basis under Seniority Quota (SQ)-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even no. dated 28.07.2016 vide which 55 Steno Grade ‘D’ were promoted to PA Grade for SLY-2016 and the officials who had completed the prescribed tenure in the present Cadre unit as per the RTP, were transferred to other Cadre Units. Shri V. Balaji had also completed the prescribed tenure as per the RTP. However, he could not be transferred as he was posted in MOIA. Since Shri Balaji has been taken on the strength of Ministry of Home Affairs vide their order dated 26.08.2016, it has been decided to transfer Shri Balaji, under the provisions of RTP, issued vide OM dated 22.07.2015 as per details mentioned below.
