Subject: – Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2012 on regular basis under seniority quota- Non relieving of Steno Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) – reg.


The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 12.5.2014 wherein nomination of Steno. Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) for appointment/promotion to the PA Grade of CSSS on regular basis under seniority quota on their inclusion in the SLY – 2012(SQ) was made and the Cadre Units had been requested that the Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc), who had been transferred to other Cadre Units, be relieved within 45 days from the date of issue of O.M. to join their allocated Cadre Units. In case any official was not willing to avail regular promotion as PA, he/she was to be debarred and his/her adhoc promotion as PA was to be discontinued.

  1. Despite a lapse of considerable time, the relieving/debarment orders of the officials (as per list annexed) have not yet been received in this Department.

  2. Concerned Cadre Units are requested to send a copy of relieving/debarment order of the official concerned to this Department, by 25th July, 2014 positively.
