Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA (ad-hoc) of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2010 (Part) on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota (SQ).
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2012-CS-II(C)(Vol.II) dated 03.08.2012 vide which nomination of Grade ‘D’ Stenographers of CSSS for inclusion in the Select List of Stenographers Grade ‘C'(PA) of CSSS for the year 2010 under the zoning scheme for Seniority Quota(SQ) was made and to say that it has now been decided that Smt Simran Sharma, Stenographer Grade ‘D’ of CSSS may now be considered for inclusion in the Select List Year 2010 of PA Grade of CSSS as per the details given below:

No. 5/1/2012-CS-II(C)(Vol.II) dated 03.08.2012. The terms and conditions laid down in this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2012-CS-II(C)(Vol.II) dated 03.08.2012 will also apply in this case.
- Department of Commerce is requested that urgent action be taken to include Smt. Simran Sharma in the Select List Year 2010(SQ) of PA Grade of CSSS and for other associated action.
